Nestled in a 35-acre vineyard in Mendoza, 20 miles south of the city, Cavas Wine Lodge is a luxurious, 14-room property surrounded by year-round snowy peaks. The rooms are freestanding adobe walled apartments placed amongst the vines. Each apartment contains a sitting room, a modern, cream coloured bedroom, a stone finished bathroom and an Andes-facing patio with a private plunge pool. An outside staircase leads to a roof deck for 360-degree views of the vineyards and mountain range. The restaurant is found in the lodge’s Spanish colonial style main house. Finca Adalgisa is an early 20th century manor house and vineyard estate in the heart of Mendoza.
