Los Roques
POSADA CARACOL
Posada Caracol is one of the few posadas in Los Roques located directly on the beach. This finely decorated posada has four rooms, all with private bathrooms with warm water and equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, hair dryer, bath towels, mini fridge, telephone, radio, a safety deposit box and books. Meals are prepared based on fish finely prepared in Italian style, and international dishes are enriched with a local touch. Meals are served on the veranda overlooking the sea. It also has a nice balcony with a spectacular sea view and has a private boat for excursions to the nearby cays.
POSADA GUARIPETE
Posada Guaripete is a cosy inn managed by Italians and decorated in a coastal style, located within walking distance of the beach and landing strip. All seven rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and private bathrooms with cold water. It also offers a panoramic terrace with hammocks for relaxing. The cuisine offered is authentic Italian specialties enriched with a Caribbean zest. The posada features Wi-Fi in the public areas, safe- deposit box. Private boat transfers are provided for daily excursions to the nearby cays of the archipelago. Children are accepted without restrictions.
POSADA MEDITERRÁNEO
Owner Elena Battani personally sees after her guests. White washed, the posada is furbished with great taste and attention to every detail in Mediterranean style and has six cosy rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, safety deposit box and a masonry closet. A terrace with sofas and a smaller one with a hammock are ideal spaces to relax after a day on the beach, located just 100m away. The posada offers room service, a Wi-Fi zone and a library. A private boat is also available for daily excursions to the nearby cays with the option of fly fishing and sport fishing.
POSADA NATURAVIVA
Naturaviva is a welcoming posada, right on the beach. There are 16 spacious rooms with private bathrooms and hot water, ceiling fans, safety deposit boxes and a mini bar. The posada itself has a telephone, Internet, TV, boutique El Rincón del Arte, beauty parlour and a piano bar on a panoramic terrace. For excursions to nearby cays, it offers beach towels, umbrellas and lounge chairs. Children are accepted without restrictions.
POSADA PIANO Y PAPAYA
This gracious posada is an ideal place for relaxation, with each guests need taken care of. Five bedrooms are available; all equipped with a ceiling fan and private bathrooms with cold water. The kitchen offers mainly fish based meals. Boat transfers offer daily excursions to the nearby cays.
POSADA VILLA CARACOL
In Gran Roque, this posada has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard incorporating the best design features associated with contemporary living, with wooden beams and plenty of light. The owners offer visitors first class attention and superb meals in a comfortable and handsomely designed home. Accommodation consists of five rooms, all with a private bathrooms with warm water, hair dryer, ceiling fans, mini-bar and safety deposit box. The posada provides boat transfers for daily excursions with a Marine biologist to the nearby cays of Fransisqui and Madrisqui and with a minimum stay of 3 nights, daily visits to Crasky and Noronqui are also included.
