Casa Corcovado
Adjacent to Corcovado National Park, this lodge can only be reached by boat from Sierpe or Drake Bay. Casa Corcovado provides 14 rooms and suites set individually within the lush grounds, with the sounds of nature all around. Rooms feature ceiling fans, a lounge area, dry mini bar, safety deposit box, hammock, ample closets and 24 hour electricity. Other facilities of the lodge include Los Vitrales Restaurant, El Bosque Bar, two swimming pools, meeting and lounge area and a gift shop. Guests can enjoy a cocktail and beautiful sunsets at the Margarita Sunset Point, while a ‘jungle taxi’ takes you down the slope to the isolated beach.
Lapa Ríos Ecolodge
Set in a private nature reserve spread over 1,000 acres of rainforest, Lapa Rios Ecolodge overlooks the pristine point where the Golfo Dulce meets the Pacific Ocean, a natural paradise in the Osa Peninsula. The main lodge and its 16 bungalows were built in harmony with the surrounding forest and beach line three ridges connected by paths and steps. The spacious bungalows nestled within the rainforest exude tranquility. Each bungalow has classic bamboo furnishings, private garden, two showers, desk, beds with mosquito net and a private terrace with a hammock. Rainforest hikes, bird watching and surfing are offered, as well as massages and yoga. A splendid infinity pool and a world class gourmet restaurant are the finishing touches.
Playa Nicuesa Rainforest Lodge
Nicuesa Beach Rainforest Lodge embraces conservation and harmony with the natural environment. Located in the Golfo Dulce, off the Osa Peninsula, it can be reached by a 50 minute flight to Golfito, and then 20 minutes by boat across the Gulf. The lodge has four bungalows and the guest house with 4 rooms. All the cabins and rooms have a fan, private terrace, and a refreshing outdoor shower. The main house has a terrace bar. Facilities include a restaurant that focuses on local cuisine, fish and fresh fruit. The most popular activities are hiking and wildlife watching, horseback riding, botanical garden tours, as well as swimming, diving, fishing and kayaking.
El Remanso Lodge
This beautiful and comfortable lodge is located on the South West Pacific side of the Osa Peninsula. This area is well known as one of the world’s most pristine and bio diverse regions in the world. With the nearby National Park of Corcovado, its 185 acres of private reserve offer unique possibilities to discover the magic of a tropical rainforest. This small lodge has only 12 rooms and cabins. Also, the hotel offers a bar, restaurant and pool. There are plenty of activities for you to enjoy at and around the lodge including waterfall abseiling, zip lines, guided hikes in the private reserve, yoga classes, bird watching, surfing and tree climbing.
