ESTANCIA EL COLIBRI 

Tucked in the central Sierras of the Province of Córdoba, the Relais & Châteaux Estancia El Colibri combines the ambience and traditions of a working estancia with the style and luxury of a five star hotel. The colonial style estancia offers nine exquisitely appointed rooms and operates on a full board basis. Guests at Estancia El Colibri are invited to relax and enjoy the different activities available. With a 45-strong stable of ponies, two polo fields and top coaches, polo is one of the most sought after activities. But there is more than horses and the saddle-sore can enjoy yoga, golf, bird-watching, cooking lessons and trout-fishing, and guests can even have a go at helping the gauchos round up cattle!

ESTANCIA LOS POTREROS

Estancia Los Potreros is a 6,000-acre working cattle farm dating from 1679. It is located on the top of the ‘Sierras Chicas’ the oldest mountain range in South America, nestled between the pampas and the Andes. Today the family home sets a high standard of professionalism in accommodation, food, riding and equine care, offering special attention to every guest’s need. All rooms have private bathrooms and are in keeping with a time past. Meals are varied and delicious with plenty of opportunity to try regional dishes.
